West-Bond 7416A Thermocompression Wedge Wire Bonder (refurbished)

This West-bond 7416A Manual Thermocompression Wedge Wire Bonder looks to be in good cosmetic condition, showing some signs of wear.

We have a technician who refurbishes these machines for us, so we are selling it in working condition. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for him to go thru the machine to make sure it is performing up to factory specs. 

It comes with a Stereo Zoom Microscope, and a Heated Workholder with Temperature Controller, as shown (the microscope, and workholder/controller shown in the photos above are not necessarily the exact ones you will receive; they are shown merely to represent what a complete system will look like). 

Consumables (wire and wedges) are not included. Vendors can be recommended at the time of purchase.

We recommend having the bonder crated for shipment, the cost of which will be the responsibility of the buyer.
