This is a loading and unloading system. 5x5 tray for 6" wafer/UPH:1500 wafers per hour. 100 slot cassette loading and unloading. Walking beam unit. wafer transfer conveyor. Wafer guide and lift unit. Multi picker transfer Robot unit. Main working zone for wafer loading and unloading. Tray transfer conveyor (Bottom/Top) Tray elevator at buffer unit. We think that these systems can be used in any assembly type industry that wants to be more efficient in their production efforts! These units have never been used or un-crated. Still new in crates!!
