Systems configuration:

Finger conveyor with automatic width adjustment.
Ersa spray fluxer.
Preheating 2,4m: 2 top and bottom side convection modules, 1 medium wave IR module bottom, 1 dynamic IR Lamps module bottom.
Solder module, lead free, two waves, solder level monitoring and automatic solder bar feeder
N2 process tunnel with O2 analyser.
Internal cooling unit with process gas cleaning system.
Machine has finger/pin chain conveyor and it can handle boards up to 508mm on width.
