Karl Suss PSM 6 Wafer Probe Station, Bausch & Lomb MicroZoom Microscope

This Karl Suss PSM6 Analytical Wafer Probe Station, with a Bausch & Lomb Micro Zoom Trinocular Microscope, appears to be in fair cosmetic condition, although there are a few small dings, scratches, & signs of previous use. The eyepieces are 10X W.F. The Optics included are Bausch & Lomb, one Industrial 25X 0.31 N.A., & one Industrial 8X 0.15 N.A., one Industrial 2.25X 0.04 N.A. Also included is a Bausch & Lomb illuminator and Karl Suss PSM6 Controller box. Please look at the photos.

The unit powers-up, although this is the only testing that has been performed. I do not have the equipment or training to formally test this item so it is being sold as is.
