West-Bond 747677B Convertible Wire Bonder w/ Gold Ball Bond Head (7700B)

This West-Bond 747677B is a Three-Way Convertible 45° Wire Feed Wedge, 90° Wire & Ribbon Feed Wedge, and Ball Wire Bonder, which is currently set up with the Ball Bonding Head, making it a 7700B. 

We do not currently have the other heads/clamps for it.

It looks to be in good cosmetic condition, showing some minor signs of wear.

It will include a microscope and workholder, although the ones shown may not be the exact ones you will receive; they are merely shown to represent a complete system.

Consumables (wire and wedges) are not included. A list of vendors can be provided.

We have a technician who refurbishes these machines for us, so we are selling it in working condition. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for him to go thru the machine to make sure it is performing up to factory specs.

We recommend having the bonder crated for shipment, the cost of which will be the responsibility of the buyer.
