West-Bond 7372B Convertible Epoxy 7200B / Eutectic 7316B Die Bonder

This West-Bond West-Bond 7372B Convertible Die Bonder can be converted between a 7200B Epoxy Die Bonder, and a 7316B Eutectic Die Bonder.

It is currently set up as a 7316B Eutectic Die Bonder. We do not currently have the Epoxy Head.

It looks to be in good cosmetic condition, showing some signs of wear.

It comes with a Microscope, and a Heated Work Holder with Digital Temperature Controller, as shown.

Consumables (tips, syringes, etc.) are not included.

We have a technician who refurbishes these machines for us, so we are selling it in working condition. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for him to go thru the machine to make sure it is performing up to factory specs.
