Configuration:

designed specifically for solvent stripping using AZ400 chemistry's
Dual bath, dual dump rinse with a final rinse and gripper clean
Installed fire alarm system not attached to a three bottled Co2 suppressor unit
Process tanks are stainless and have condensing coils built in with self closing safety lids
Each of the two chemical process tanks have a nitrogen bubbler already installed in the stainless tank
The temperature parameters are set for 85°C +/-5 but these can be changed for custom design
The gripper clean is not a sonic energy clean, but rather one for cleaning the process vehicle gripper arm
Thermal process with cassette transfer stations for and aft.
Manuals Included
fully robotic with process parameters that can be adjusted
have load and unload features that separate process vessels from incoming containers
The load and unload stations are at the front end of the through wall tool.

Available are parts and process tanks, the process baths may well incorporate a megasonic tank system (Can be bought at extra cost)
