Description
1. Cybeq Dual arm 6100 robot & controller, cables, Teach Pendant & End-effectors, Qty 1.
Robot has been fully refurbished, all failed motors replaced, all belts, all bearings, complete Vacuum tubing as well as vacuum solenoids and Vac sensors all replaced.
Marathon test run & passed. Power requirements 110-120 / 220 - 240
15" Z travel and a long Radial stroke
Possibility of Cybeq User/Software manual but we currently only have one of these. An integrated Wafer Laser Scanner Option could be added but this would depend on a customer requirements and a change of software version.
